Ray Mena has been an Elementary School teacher in the NYC Department of Education for the past 24 years. He has served as a Chapter Leader at his Bronx school for the past 10 years. Ray is proud to serve as a candidate with United for Change because he believes teachers do not have a voice with Unity. With United for Change, teachers will have a voice in their union again.
